When using our platform for modifications on a file, a "file history" is created and dedicated to that specific vehicle. This allows you to communicate with the engineer in charge of your file and get back to us if you have any doubt or request.

Simply click on "File history" and select the related vehicle, then click "New Request"

Select the file type and click on "Request type"

Choose the relevant type of request and send your message, the team will get back to you shortly.
